Delivery information

Free delivery for orders over £30. Orders up to £30 will incur a £4 postage fee with our Standard delivery service or Royal Mail Tracked Next Day Service is £7 on all UK orders, please note for Next Day delivery orders must be made by 1pm. This service is not guaranteed.

We are happy to post to the rest of the world via Royal Mail Standard Service, for the fee of £10.00 per order. Minimum order is £30.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, if there is a delay, we will be sure to let you know.

All deliveries are arranged via Royal Mail for Uk orders. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you after your order has been shipped.

Missing or Damaged Items

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your order is not as expected please email our Customer Care Team as soon as possible and we can work through the problem together.
